Our goal in Khung Thuong was to bring direct aid to the people living in mountainous regions. The fundraising effort itself was fun. We would approach strangers on the street and ask them to support our cause by purchasing the custom-designed (and really soft!) socks we had created. At the scene, I had the oppurtunity to organize and host children’s games for the kids, and we bonded quickly in the process. In a way, the experience taught me the power of empathy and that sometimes genuine connection can be found in small, simple moments.
Khung Thương

Standing on the street, holding our handmade socks, I realized kindness doesn’t need grand gestures. It begins with simple, genuine connections – one conversation, one smile at a time.

We laughed, talked, and shared our stories while working together. Khung Thương reminded us that community isn’t built overnight – it grows through care and shared purpose.
