“Wound and Hope”

Film Portfolio

Inspired by the upcoming 80th anniversary of our nation’s independence and as part of a project focusing on environmental pollution, our crew traveled to Quảng Trị to capture firsthand the scars that past conflicts have left on the natural environment and its people. Working through days of hot weather, I learned how important cooperation is when it comes to achieving shared goals. Through our short documentary, “Wounds and Hope,” we hope to inspire others with the incredible resilience of the people of Quảng Trị as they continue to work to restore their land.

“The Silent Companions”

Photography Portfolio

Nature is never far: it’s in the quiet chirps of morning birds, the small flowers pushing through concrete, and the shade of the trees we walk beneath. This perspective guided my photography project, which focused on the coexistence of humanity and nature in an urban environment. I highlighted how nature is woven into our daily lives, from rooftop gardens to parks full of mature trees. To prevent nature from being harmed, we must be mindful of the threat posed by rapid urban development and continue working towards more sustainable practices.

“Ashes and a Wakening”

Art Portfolio

Surrounded by the persistent air and water pollution of Hanoi, I launched this art project. It serves two purposes: to satisfy my own artistic curiosity and to show others my interpretation of pollution’s effects, highlighting both the toll it takes on us and the ways we actively contribute to the problem. I used materials like newspapers, bottle caps, plasitc bags, packages,… in some paintings to create a more powerful message.
